Hello there! I have 23+ years of experience in all aspects of accessory and product design from initial ideas to final production – I am ready for any design challenge!

I earned a BFA with a concentration in graphic design. After a few years of designing 2D, I transitioned into handbag design, and that is where I found a passion for accessory design. I’ve designed for brands such as Gwen Stefani for LeSportsac, Vince Camuto, Mark Ecko, BCBGirls, JCPenney private label, Kohls private label, Charming Charlie, Glove-It as well as designing a multitude of products for a large promo house. I co-founded the accessory brand Cura - which is a small accessory/cosmetic brand that we started from the ground up.  

 

I have expert knowledge in handbags, sport bags, backpacks, small leather goods, promotional merchandise and cosmetic bags, but my graphic background is still evident and I love graphic projects, logos and the creative process overall. My skill set includes tech packs, illustrator and photoshop, product presentations, professional decks, hand sketching, line building, hardware development, trend research and trend boards. I have years of experience with Asia and India travel for sourcing and sample development. I have experience with trade shows, inspiration shopping in Asia and Europe, as well as expert communication with factories.

My upbringing in the north and my travels through the west coast then eventually planting in the south has given me a keen eye for design and fashion in all parts of the US. My design interests are also global, reflecting the cities I have visited: Paris, Milan, Florence, London, Hong Kong, Delhi, Bangalore, Stockholm, and more.
